e.cheap is a coupon aggregation and deal-sharing platform that allows users to discover, share, and redeem promotional codes and deals from various retailers and service providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any deal or coupon listed on the platform.

3. User Submissions

Users may submit deals and coupons to the platform. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right and authority to submit the deal or coupon.
• The information provided is accurate and not misleading.
• The submission does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
• You are authorized to represent the store or brand associated with the deal.

We reserve the right to remove any submission that violates these Terms or our content guidelines without notice.

4. Advertisement Services

Users may purchase category advertisement placements for their submitted deals. Advertisement fees are non-refundable once the ad goes live. Advertisements expire at the earlier of: (a) the purchased ad duration, or (b) the associated deal's expiration date. We reserve the right to remove advertisements that violate our policies without refund.

5. Payments

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Stripe and PayPal). By making a payment, you agree to their respective terms of service. SetupLogic Inc. does not store payment card information. All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property

The e.cheap name, logo, and all related content are the property of SetupLogic Inc. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent. User-submitted content remains the property of the submitter, but by submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute the content on our platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DEALS ARE ACCURATE, CURRENT, OR AVAILABLE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SETUPLOGIC INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
